- If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, Homeway Goods will cover the shipping cost.
5. Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected.
- We will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
- We do not charge any restocking fees on returned items.
