4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect itemHomeway Goods will cover the shipping cost.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected.
  • We will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
  • We do not charge any restocking fees on returned items.

6. Exchanges

  • If you need a different product, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
